After the organs are examined & weighed they are all placed in a bag & the bag is placed back in the decedents abdomen & the torso is loosely sewn up. This is mostly done at the coroners office. The mortuaries (embalmers) put the organs back where they should be during the embalming process. ⚰️

Worst gift I ever got were something called Moon shoes..just look them up their super strange. I remember also being excited to use them, but just after 2 or 3 times the novelty wore off and they were just useless hunks of plastic
