@@josemedina1805 I understand that sentiment. Christian Cage has been outshining 90% of the roster. With that said, he's nearly 50, and the Word Title should go to those who can become long term investments. What he's doing with the TNT title picture right now suits him. In all honesty, I wish they would make his segments collision only so that they can make the TNT title the top prize for collision giving people a reason to watch collision.
@josemedina180511 ай бұрын
@@jharmo2 Minus a handful, the younger guys all are very mid and vanilla, tho. Darby Allin is probably the only young guy who should realistically win the belt right now. Jericho was the first champion, and even though it was to get eyes on the product, they chose him as champion for a reason. He was good, and the other guys weren't as good as him, the same applies to Christian right now. But I guess the TNT championship makes it make sense, not too bad in that context. But if he loses the title to Edge, he should 100% be the company's champ. I have a feeling MJF will continue to be champion after however long Edge and Christian feud.
@jharmo211 ай бұрын
@@josemedina1805 Darby is great but he is preparing to retire Sting so I don't see him chasing gold until after that's done. I would disagree with the idea that Swerve is vanilla or mid. He can cut a promo, he is solid in the ring, his song gets the crowd hyped, he carries himself well, and he has been working his way up the card for over a year. I think it's fair to say Swerve earned it. I put them over any of the New Japan talent that TK has been signing.

I loved the build with this feud but I didn’t actually realise how layered the build is. Hangman being helpless watching Swerve go into his home and repaying it by attacking Nana in front of Swerve is so so good. It truly felt like Hangman got just as sick and twisted and Swerve by the end. The match showed that so well. I love the Death Match. Incredible visuals, brutal spots, fantastic payoff. Hangman has had a low-key good year with the Moxley feud and the Swerve feud
