Swetland Homested - Tour a 1797 Home in Wyoming, PA!

Tour of Swetland Homestead, Wyoming, PA with Mark J. Riccetti of the Luzerne County Historical Society.
This is the oldest part of the house, which had additions in 1803 and 1813. This is the entire living area, which would have accommodated the whole family when it was built in 1797.

You should check out the cemetary across from Wilkes Barre General - they have a plaque acknowledging the Connecticut claim and the graves are a site to behold
