SWF MAS-12 Greasing and oiling maintenance (time stamp)

Think I covered it all on this video I also did time stamps for you viewers that want to get to the main point but for my other viewers i repeated to make sure some do not forget all the areas to make your machine run smoothly. The squeaks and screeching is not always about the oiling it’s also the greasing of the machine. After the maintenance make sure you run a test run to lubricate your gears and to remove any excessive oil if you been over using oil to springs.

7:46 greasing cam inside turning knob to move head left to right
10:00 to much oil on spring can cause black staining oil spots as well as clear.
12:00 greasing behind hooks you can spray in the back but i have it opened
13:58 spraying wheel next to cam to grease all the small turning wheels
15:35 greasing the 100 wheel
so spraying in front
16:00 you don't have to do this step. I had black oil area also was dirty and while being on bobbin service wiped it and add drop of oil
20:49 bobbin 1 drop to case.
21:15 oil area needle plate
21:50 repeat of area needing greasing i recommended spray but maintanance says to open to get to area in manual
22:22 take up guard rail
24:00 main axis run

Hi Lilly ! I have this same embroidery machine. Mine started making a sort of wind noise after turning it on. Would you happen to know why ?

I wouldn't. Is it causing any problems with your machine? I'm not home to really see if it makes such a noise. If you feel it's off, you can go to FB SWF Mas-12 Group page. Make a video of start-up to see if anyone else is having that problem.

@@goldenchild252did you ever get you error code 400 fixed? I’m now having the same issue. Watched the video but can’t tell if issue was resolved with maintenance greasing .
