At daybreak, E15 perched and vocalized from a front pine and Harriet & M15 were not seen. E15 spent time in the front pine, pasture snag and CSPS (church side pond snag, always watchful, before flying to a "hidden" area at the pond. After one of the adults flew through the west pasture, E15 reappeared on the CSPS. Harriet was seen behind the shopping center watching the nest tree and flew there when she saw M15 approaching the nest with food. Harriet beat E15 to the food and flew from the pasture with it. E15 vocalized to M15, flying to him, mantling on the branch. M15 flew from the nest tree and soared above the pasture. E15 was alone again to watch and wait. Perhaps the adults are beginning "tough love" with their 198 day old juvenile?
