smooth trans as always. It's interesting that Mercedes amg gt doesn't seem to be equipped with the w16 engine. This engine part looks a lot like Bugatti's engine we saw on Blue Drift. But flawed as it is, MG wows the crowd every time when people think he can't be more cleverly designed. AMAZING

Eventho its not a triple changer, i believe metagate have outdone themselves with this one compared to the AOE version. Something abt this feels more satisfying.

Ive always liked this drift design. That forearm looks like it has some ominous history if bay uses the classic drift backstory. Either of punishment or a near death escape from his past. I like this car more than the attention hog of the buggati. Just enough to hide in plain sight but not being an old toyota at the same time.

Good think they eliminated the helicopter mode for this one and remolded the Bugatti brand to mold the Mercedes. Nice figure.

Must admit this is a very nice model and very nice transformation Still disappointed but that they used a merc, call me old school but would’ve been nice to perhaps see him as a Nissan GTR 34 or a Silvia, a Mitsubishi lancer or Honda civic or a Subaru WRX (played a lot of initialD) Shame they didn’t incorporate springer instead heard they were gonna have him as an osprey That would’ve been awesome and given the size of the osprey perhaps his 3rd change could’ve been an armoured infantry fighting vehicle like a Bradley

While I like the fact that now you can open the doors, the front hood and the cargo door of the car...I'm not sure that it's a fair trade for the helicopter mode, as weird as it looked like. Still, this model looks very cool, and thank you once again for another great video, Touch Toys!😊

@@TheRealDustinNunn cause it was a repaint of the old bugatti mold. This one is accurate to the TLK movie: lore wise in the AOE movie he lost his second sword, making him unable to transform in his helicopter mode in TLK. Reality wise, the bugatti licence cost to much to make a second appearance so they changed for mercedes, and his helicopter mode was scrapped cause no real utility in the plot they decided to go for.

Ew. I personally don't like the aesthetic style from the Bay-formers, especially in cases like this where you can't even see the vehicle form anymore on the robot mode. I also feel like it is making the designers cheaping out on the transformation and mechanics. Anyway, thanks for the service of showing the transformation.

Nope, completely new mold even though the leg engineering is kept in it. There is only 2 modes, but they have been well refined

Honestly, while this figure earns the "masterpiece" moniker, I just do NOT like the Bayverse aesthetic. I like Transformers, like the recent movies, not "Terminator endoskeletons with car vomit on them", as I have seen them described.
