SwiftUI: Make and Receive Calls on iPhone/iPad

Is it possible to modify the information in the CallKit, using metadata? Like if I wanted to provide specific information about a call, specified by the caller? For instance, let's say the caller could specify a fruit, choosing between apple, banana and orange for that specific call. Could that choice be conveyed in the call kit information? In this example, the incoming CallKit screen would say "John Smith, banana". Is this kind of customization possible using call metadata?
