Back in the days when he duel all the top players in WoW, and made instruction vidoes on how to beat all classes was the the best thing ever. Both the game content and irl content was amasing ! Hi Swifty! That shoulder problem you mentioned and that area you pointed out on your back really sounds like a very common problem. When using the mouse a lot or a smartphone the upper trap muscle can get really tight or inflamed. Which makes it a problem for your shoulderblades to fully retract. If you can't retract your shoulderblades proberly it can become a problem for your overall shoulder health especially when working out. You should go to a chiropractor. He can most likely fix that problem in no time.
