In my opinion, he has shared and explained the relevant data very nicely (doing what is very difficult for a retail investor on their own). I compared the financials of Swiggy and Zomato, and they appear similar except for one key difference: the cost of goods purchased. Zomato manages to procure goods for its quick-commerce business at significantly lower rates than Swiggy. For Zomato, the cost of procuring goods is only 25% of its revenue, while for Swiggy, it amounts to 40% of its revenue. This cost advantage for Zomato may be due to its Hyperpure platform, which allows it to procure goods in bulk for B2B supplies. What are your thoughts on this?

Most of the people here are ignorant, they are comparing Zomato ipo price with swiggy issue price, it don't work like that. The price alone doesn’t reveal much. Zomato's shareholding post-issue was around 785 crore, while Swiggy's shareholding post-issue will be 224 crore. It all comes down to demand and supply: the higher the number of shares, the lower the price, and vice versa

Zomato is currently profit making and it took it a lot of time to turn around and still doesn't have a track record of consistent profit. Thus thinking that Swiggy is coming at 60% discount is not accurate comparison. You should compare the period of Zomato where it made similar loss and what was its valuation then. Comparison between Zomato's post turn around valuation vs Swiggy's pre turn around valuation doesn't paint a good picture for your viewers.

Look at their prospectus. They r reducing their losses every quarter. In fact their ebitda was in profit last quarter. It's literally doing what Zomato did earlier. But not a good ipo to apply. Maybe around 300 lvls it might be decent

Even when the real and fake are placed side by side, it is hard to tell them apart. You have to do this kind of forensic level investigation, which only shows that the fake kislux is very impressive and the real thing is really not worth the price.
