The Catch Technique: Understand the mechanics of a powerful catch and how it propels you forward.
Reach - How the two positions (Catch and Reach) are connected in one move
Optimal Body Positioning: How to position your body for maximum streamlining and reduced drag. AKA: Press the buoy
Arm Placement: Find out the optimal path for your arm to increase your stroke's effectiveness.

Follow along and practice the movements:
Enhance your catch to increase your feel for the water. Improve your muscle memory and maintain a high elbow position, considered the standard in freestyle swimming efficiency.

Not drowning bro. The swimmer is frustrated and screaming obscenities under water so know one else can see or hear. Thanks for watching! Sorry for long response time I wasn't paying attention this.

As well @2:48 ...you can see impressive position for path way of the water...by catch and pushing water back ...now this position reduce resistance between water going back and the body of swimmer ...which enhance movement forward with less water resistance and fast pass for the water that is going back by crawling ...
