Very good advice about pulling fast enough to grab more water.
@kjetit3 жыл бұрын
I did not really get what he said. He said it is not about the speed, but "the quality" of how you catch water. What does quality mean?? is it the acceleration and how you open and angel you fist?
@Wordupmybrotha3 жыл бұрын
@@kjetit Quality of the catch is to point the fingers down while keeping the elbow above the hand and pulling with the forearm and not just the hand; and to accelerate so that the water becomes solid

In backstroke hand movement water going inside my nose. What to do
@Wordupmybrotha3 жыл бұрын
What helps me is to first keep the nose above the water and to exhale out the nose on every pull.

You either exhale from your nose or use o nose clip. If you have Decathlon in your country you'll find it there

hello instructor, can I see you swim for a whole video...

he's head was moving too much in backstroke, and a pro/advanced or professionals don't look before they touch, even if there isn't a backstroke indicator, they know how to estimate. I wanna see him sprint. No offence but 57s in 100m free is the time of an average 15 year old, and a advanced for a 13 year old. no wonder he never experienced internationals.
