I've yet to but a glide from you guys, but your explanations are spot on dude. One day ill change that and buy one. I learned a lot of what you say, just by designing my own resin glidebait myself. I learned that glides like either fiber or firm tails, but not floppy tails. Hence what you said about drag. I also learned that changing up tail styles, lengths, or material, messes with the overall balance of the bait. Especially if the bait is thin. And any little hardware change during prototyping means the bait needs to be rebalanced all over again. Like I said, I don't own a Clutch glide yet, but I know the amount of thought and mechanical detail you guys put into your baits is amazing!

Finally got crushed on the Darter after about 2 hours total of fishing it - a 3lb bass right at the corner of a dock.
