The only time they'd have to clean the glass divider would be around the gate where they enter the pool and the side with the grass. I have a divider just like this and it holds up pretty well. Only time I clean it is after cutting grass and maybe some smudges near the gate but it's barely noticeable even near the pool where some of the chemicals might come into contact with the divider

Swimming pools are great to have at home until the novelty wears off. And it does for everyone. The endless maintenance drives you up the wall. In the end the water turns green when you work out it,s better to go to the beach or you find out there are other things to do past your front fence. The best part after you install a pool, then it,s another 10-15 k for a pool fence that starts to look crap after it rains a few times and you are forever trying to keep it clean. Very Negative thoughts but all based on experience from myself and others i know who have gone down the same path. Apologises for my comment. It,s just what happens. I still gave a Thumbs Up because the video was good to watch.
@SteveNunz5 жыл бұрын
Water turns green because home owners are too lazy/busy to take care of it. Water chemistry is usually the main issue. I have owned a pool company for 15 years. I see it all. I own a pool myself. Of course there is maintenance when owning a pool, just like there is maintenance when owning a vehicle, house, boats, property etc. If do the small steps to maintain it saves you from dealing with bigger messes and can be fairly light maintenance.
@weldmachine5 жыл бұрын
@@SteveNunz Hey Steve. As mentioned I do Love the idea of a Swimming Pool. But as you know there are always other more important things to do with your time. If you Love something enough you can always make time for it Buying a New Car is good example. When you first own a Car you Love it more than your Wife. But as with Cars, Swimming Pools ( and a Wife too )that Love affair fades with time.
@SteveNunz5 жыл бұрын
@@weldmachine lol I get it. Trust me..but alot of people that complain about their pool don't take care of it. Once filter system is operating correctly and water chemistry is balanced it isn't hard to keep clean. I run into people who are maticulous about their pool and others who complain about it because they don't want to put any money into it. That's why salt systems are becoming more popular. Less maintenance as far as water chemistry
@weldmachine5 жыл бұрын
@@SteveNunz Yes Salt Water Pools have made life a bit easier. As you already know, Swimming Pools fit into the Love Hate category. I am sure you must meet a lot of un-informed Swimming Pools owners. When most people see a Swimming Pool they only see the Swimming Pool,. They do not see the maintenance that goes with owning one. You obviously Love your Swimming Pool. And with Good reason they are great to have, but Only if you take care of them.
