Have you tried the Apo Reef in Occidental Mindoro? It's a protected Marine life and one of the biggest coral reefs in the Philippines. It's a good diving spot too.

Sharks in ph usually avoids people. There is too much food in the reefs and human is too risky. Sharks and Filipinos knows the co existence of both and its benefits in the whole ecosystem
