I live in Crystal River. On the River. Winter time there are literally hundreds of manatees in the springs!! No question the best time to come see the manatees is in the winter

OH MY GOSH!!! This is one of the things on my bucket list, too!!!! Thank you so much for showing me how much fun this is! Also, saying that going in the winter about February is a great tip. Gina's AB&B picks were too cute! Loved them!❤ If my bestie and I can ever get together, I want to do this with her! We would have a blast, I'm sure! My bucket list has also been to swim with the manatees I have been a scuba diver since 1981 and never made it to Crystal River like many of my friends have I'm in SC now if you and the boys ever make it back to Myrtle Beach I'd enjoy to take you all fishing in my Mako it's great to see you out and about still traveling and making memories !! Hey! We really enjoyed watching your adventure! We were on the fun 2 dive manatee swim adventure with you. It was really fun to see the footage you got. It turned out really well. We also went to silver springs! Too bad we didn’t run into you both again. We did the glass bottom boat tour (highly recommended). Next time we want to try the clear kayaks. The manatee swim was a bucket list item from me as well. Thanks for sharing your experience.
