As a swimmer myself, I don't think this is that hard for Helen really. But the fact that Merab is doing it without proper swim technique is crazy impressive because he's spending so much energy trying to move through the water while still holding his breath for such a long distance. For Helen and any experienced/trained swimmer, it's still challenging of course but because of that streamline and kick we can kinda glide through it and conserve energy but Merab is doing breaststroke, probably the toughest stroke to do underwater, and with not the best technique. Probably why his cardio is so elite. He's just grinding, it's awesome, go Merab! Love this video!
