Personally, as a Virgo… I find that I am extremely loving and devoted and even though, yes, I did realize as a teen putting myself 1st was important, part of me also believed that pouring into others you truly care for was never a bad idea because I believed they would recognize your love & support and then in that case you both build each other… Cold truth is, no matter how much you work on someone else, they may never appreciate, may never be thankful for all your love & kindness… etc. Moral of the story, NEVER put a single person ahead of yourself.
