Chaque fois qu'il y a écrit "D7 - D7", on peut remplacer par : --> Cm - D7 Every time it is written "D7 - D7", we can actually replace by playing : --> Cm - D7

Its probably tritone substitution. Just use the Gm minor harmonic scale or Ab Jonian. It will work.
