Thanks Streak team, you have taken to a different level of backtesting. @29:11 even though it shows +672.99% the apprx margin required for short strangle on 1 nifty lot is 1.7Lakh. If i am not wrong, then for a capital of 1.7L u would make 18.25K in that period.

Hi! Yes, that is right. The margin requirement will be slightly higher but considering that the capital will be deployed in the strategy only for 2 days per week, the returns seem to be attractive.

As per your guidance, though I mentioned entry day as number equal to 2 and exit day as number 3, which should have entered on Tuesday and exit on Wednesday, the exit is jumping Wednesday and being executed at expiry day.
