Los Angeles Lakers' LeBron James works out with Lakers' Coach Phil Handy on how to score in the post with build up. Handy works on each post move and then adds a counter move to it based on how the defender is playing LeBron. James also works on 3 point shooting while keeping his dribble alive with a defender or in pick and roll situations.

i think they could run some sets where lebron james posts up and if he dosent have it you can swish to ad at the 3 and then run a pick and roll option on the opposite side.

Lebron in this video is weak AF!!! Every time it's slow motion. Practice moves like you're in a game. Everything is in slow motion and he always has a stuck up face like hes so good. They should show a video of him practicing free throws not just 3 consecutive. He needs help with that more than anything

He is a force down low when he puts his mind to it but it seems he rather spend more time finessing on the perimeter. Now before anyone says “but he’s a PG”, Magic was a PG who posted up despite playing alongside the GOAT center in Kareem.

LeBron is actually great at doing post moves especially his Miami days and he a good amount of them in the Cavs when they needed the points. It’s just he doesn’t do it as often as he used to in LA cuz he has so many bigs in the post now. But I also feel sometimes he settles in shooting too much. Sometimes he’s good, but mostly he’s not efficient doing it. So he really needs to just drive to the basket or shot more in the inside than outside. If he’s feeling it from the outside, then cool..we know he can shoot 3s when he’s in a rhythm. But yeah I rather see him being closer to the basket and bullying players haha. He is the “point forward” of the Lakers though, but I hope he finds a good balance cuz he should utilize all of his skills. But I’m sure LeBron knows this and will find ways to bring it out more in the 2nd half of this season into the playoffs. We know LeBron goes on a whole different level in the post season. All I want to see right from the Lakers is them closing games out as well as more consistency from the 2nd unit. For now, AD and Bron has been doing what they need to be doing. But it has to be a team effort too and the other player have to be consistent. The Sac Kings game was a well balanced team win. If we can have 2 or 3 players as active like that and consistent.. plus Lakers defense..it will be hard to stop the Laker. But they are still learning and improving and hopefully they can figure everything out come playoff time. 👍

I would like to see Lebron shooting and making a straight 50 in a row from the free throw line. The coaching staff should put all their energies to figure out how to get Lebron to shoot better. Anything else is whipping cream... Lebron can do anything he wants. And in crunch time the only way for opponents to stop him is to put him on the line.
