Yes and since you have oily skin.. Both the primers will make you oily quick.. But out of the two for a strobe cream effect.. I would suggest the pearl illuminator.. ♥️♥️

This has happened a few times for me and I personally use a loose powder all over my face after foundation (also I have oily skin so it helps) but I'm sure there are other methods out there which are more better and effective ♥️
