Firstly, it's fantastic to see you posting trip reports again, I've really missed your content! This video really didn't disappoint, it was really comprehensive. If I'm being honest, I would have expected Swiss Business class to be better than it appeared to be. The service seemed excellent but the catering, amenity kit and the seat are lagging behind other airlines. I think I would have liked a seat in the small business class cabin behind First class for a more premium experience and to avoid all passengers passing by my seat when boarding. All in all though a brilliant video, thanks for posting and I look forward to the next one!

Thank you so much 😊 Unfortunately, I had a lot of work at home 😩 I try to upload more videos again 👍 The crew was really nice and the food was super delicious, but as you said I’ve expected a bit more especially about the amenity kit and the flat bed 😁 The first small cabin was completely full and this time I travelled with a friend again, and we were so happy that we both got the upgrade and a seat together 🥂😁

Yeah sure we got a hot towel twice 👍 Austrian Airlines offers a great service either, I tried their Business Class last month and this video comes next month 😁 My flight with SWISS was in November ✈️

Nice airport. I love gruyere cheese. In the 60s / 70s Swissair served filet mignon and potato croquettes in economy. It was delicious. The cakes in economy are tiny but very good. They used to give Movenpick ice cream in economy mid flight but not sure if they still do.

Yeah Zurich is a great airport and I like the lounges there 😁 Sounds like a great experience back in the 60/70‘s 😁 Today you get just one meal and a small snack in Economy. In Business you can order everything from the Bistro Menu during the entire flight 🥂

Swiss service is good but the hard product is meh, They ask a premium for their seat. So no will skip them. Zurich non schnegen to non schenegen is pretty quick connection on E gates very easy in Zurich

Yeah, you’re totally right 👍 The service was awesome and the crew super friendly. The seat was not too spacious but if I compare it to Lufthansa’s Business Class, I would prefer SWISS 😁🥂

Very good video. I notice that one problem is when you use a device to record something, lights can be seen flickering so you should find out how to prevent that happening. Otherwise it is an excellent video.

Thank you so much 😊 I use GoPro‘s to record my videos, sometimes that happens, the problem is you can’t change too much in the settings 😩 I hate it the most in lavatories, especially on board an A350 the light is so problematic 😩 Maybe it’s better with a new generation of GoPro‘s 👍

Long haul SWISS business class is very underwhelming, especially in the middle seats. The lack of privacy is ridiculous. The food selection is ok, I would expect better, but it's a truly first world problem.

Haha yeah that’s truly a first world problem 😁😁 It was my first business flight with them and my seat was not bad. Just the flat bed was not too spacious and I’m a small person … but the catering was okay and the crew super friendly. I would definitely try SWISS on another flight again👍

Gerade nach San Francisco Business Class am 3.4.24 mit Swiss mit 777-300ER geflogen. Wir sind sehr sehr enttäuscht! Es ist wirklich sehr schade für Geld! Sehr unangenehmer Sitz, schlechtes Essen, faules Crew! Sie haben nicht Mals genug Snacks für die Passengers. Swiss Airlines solle sich schämen für die schlechte Ausbildung für das Crew! Sie sind total überfordert mit der Arbeit und haben gezeigt, dass Sie keine Lust für die Bedienung! Wir denken an den Rückflug und haben wirklich keine Lust mit Swiss Air zum Fliegen. Sehr enttäuscht und ärgerlich 😡

Wow okay, die Erfahrung tut mir natürlich total leid, wenn man viel Geld für einen Flug in der Business Class ausgibt, sollte auch alles stimmen. Ich fand den Sitz von Swiss nicht schlecht, nur beim liegen war der Sitz etwas eng. Leider kann das ganze Erlebnis durch die Crew maßgeblich beeinflusst werden, eine gute Crew macht jeden Flug unvergesslich 👍 Ich drücke euch die Daumen, dass ihr auf dem Rückflug eine gute Crew erwischt und ihr den Flug besser in Erinnerung behaltet, könnt ja mal berichten wie es war. Wünsche trotzdem noch eine schöne Zeit in San Francisco, genießt die Stadt 😊
