Hey so I heard Ali on joeys podcast who introduced Swiss Kriss to Joey day he takes four before he goes to sleep and lets it work through the night and then next week he does 2 before bed. But Joey said on berts podcast that he took two the first week and four a day the second week. Which method did you use?

I honestly started out slow. Fearing serious stomach cramps. I took 2 before bed. The first night. The Next morning was great I used the restroom a few times that day. And from there I have been taking one daily. No issues. A sanifagent amount of weight has stayed off as well. My stomach feel great too. No pains like before or bloated feeling.

Joey was telling Bert about how he was shitting out all sorts of things after taking these....unfortunately, after taking 4 in one day for 3 days straight it didn't do a damn thing like Joey experienced. A little disappointed, I was hoping to find a buffalo nickel I swallowed back in the 3rd grade. I guess results vary.

KARL FARMER you must have a good diet. I was becoming overweight.. as a snacker out of anxiety.. then I started to enjoy smoking :) I'd have have my kitchen in my stomach at night .. just going Mad eating lol. These seem to help. But k now do that Intermedia fasting, that has changed my life.. lost alot of weight. I dont poop as much becuase I dont eat as much. Cheers :)
