start by whipping
4eggs
110g sugar
1/2 TSP vanilla essence
whip whip whip -2-3min untile ribbon consistency (as u pore the mixture it should stay in its shape for a second and then dissolve - visual in the video)
now fold in 115g flour and 1/2 TSP baking powder in a fold (J) motion into the egg,sugar mixture
add 2-3tsp of flour into 15-20g of cake batter and add 2-4 drops of red food colour and transfer it to the piping bag
bake the cake for 10- 12min in 190c preheated oven
let it cool down and apply 50g of any filling of your choice

whipping cream
butter cream
fruit jam
