but why i cant increase the time of that effect !! its always happen in half second i can't increase that even if i drag the last keyframe forward

This didn't work for me and I can't figure out why. When I select Trkmat Alpha or Alpha inverted I only get the text completely masked or unmasked--the mask either completely masks or unmasks the text. My mask is parented to the line, is moving with it, and the layers are in the right order, but the mask doesn't affect the text. What could be going on?

I had the same issue. I fixed it by giving my mask/rectangle a fill color before moving on to the track matte steps
