Not at all. It doesn't work with every hotel, but you usually can call to front and get them to allow your device

Yes, I found out there's a few hotels this WiFi doesn't work with unfortunately. I'd suggest just trying it a couple more times just in case. I'm terribly sorry. It does work with most though!
