Your alternator charging voltage is limited by your factory ecu, which is why you're only charging in the 13's. This is the same way my 4runner is set up. I ended up installing one of those mini diode's (Littelfuse 1 Amp Mini Diode) in place of the fuse on the panel, currently charging at 14.4 with no issues

I've heard u can disconnect a little plug on the alt that limits your power output also.. bro u need to get some good wiring in there..that 8 gauge garbage isn't going to cut it u need some oversized 1/0 gauge wire.. my 94 Chrysler LeBaron had a 90 amp alt and pushed my 18 inch zvx beautifully without any issues on a skar rp1500.1dm 1 ohm amp and no distorting. U will have alot better performance and sound quality when u beef up your wiring and u will also have better power flow as well. I wouldn't worry about upgrading amps if u have a shitty wiring setup lol. U won't b getting near rated power with shit wire.

I’m running Orion too. I have the 8000 watt Orion amp with a 15” Orion. Finna put the same battery in that you have but I’m keeping the original batter upfront to run the car.

Can't run lithium with agm. Don't work that way. Been a while sense I mess with the batteries but I'm almost positive you'll either ruin the agm batter or the lithium battery. If you plan to run lithium you have to do away with your agm battery.

ONLY one 45ah should be enough according to their site for that amp. Save your money and troubleshoot. Hope u ended up figuring it out.

I alreadyknew where the issue was with the car, never fixed the issue as the car was done for one reason and well it did its job. cars long gone moved onto other things in life lol. all in all i walked away from the audio field as outher then doing what the car was made to do it wasnt worth while lol.

@@easerone1651 honestly I'm not, I've thought about jumping back into car audio but I just can't bring myself to do it again, the money isn't an issue at all. it all in all is just boring. I was thinking about doing a little dual 12in system or dual 15in system but idk yet. I've jumped deep back into computers and well I have more fun with computers then car audio. biggest downside to car audio no matter how big or small the system is youre losing money. for what I had invested to what I got out of it so wasn't worth it. still the car did what I wanted it to do lol.

I’ve used maybe 10 different companies lithium. Headway worst. Limitless was next worse. 1600 amps of alt. I keep my lithium around 800ah. Limitless was terrible. Small cell cmax was by far the best. 800 of limitless didn’t do as well as well as 360 of even ying long. I maintain 15.6 full tilt clamping over 60,000 watts. Guess that’s why JP uses ying long.

I bought a limitless 12k for my salt 8k wired at 1 ohm thinking it was gonna help my voltage n was very disappointed voltage was dropping down in high 10s at full tilt even with a mechman 320 alt and big 3. Limtiless lithium Is ass cheeks waste of money never again switched back to my 4 year old 2 xs power D7500 voltage never drops below 12At full tilt. Only reason I bought the limitless was to reduce weight in my car but Ill sacrifice weight for good voltage. I’d only recommend using the limitless 12k for no more than a 7000 watt rms system.

I could of told you it wouldnt work as a a 12k battery on an 8k system will drain that battery fairly quickly if you dont have the alt to back it up. common sense would tell you if you do the math your dual xs power D7500's willl be better as thats 15k watts of battery power which is better then a 12k limitless which that said 15k watts out of those 2 batteries will drain alot slower then a single 12k limitless which would allow the alt to keep up with the batteries alot easier. drop a 2nd limitless 12k in fully charge them and youll see instantly they will make your 2 xs power D7500's look like a joke. myself i would run at least 2 alts if youre pushing a 12k limitless specially when youre trying to pull 8k from 12k youre power differences are to close not to drain the battrery quickly. you cant call lithium asscheeks lol when your system according to what youve said isnt up to par.

you dont drop below 12v cuz youre not pushing close to that said 8k maybe 2-3k if youre lucky. then again dont even know the amp youre running or how youre wired so youre proabbly not even doing 2-3k i actually know youre not doing 2-3k as well 185 ah agm with a 75 amp alt is not close to enough to support even 5k. your stock alt also is not putting out 75 amps nonstop it only puts out the power thats needed which is measured through your pcm or ecm which ever you have in your ride.

A guy I sold it to runs the amp. Amp never once got warm nor did the subs. That system went to competition took 1st in 2 different classes without even trying. alternator was the factory stock alt. was never changed to an high output alt. that's why the system was only set to half power which yes it still did struggle tho it did do its job. never had a single issue with the system. Amp was tuned to run at 11v sense the alt couldn't keep up.

@@ColdVenom159 I’ve upgraded and can do a hair trick in the window, I’d like to see you do that, also I think your voltage is bad because of the Electrical tape mess under the hood, it doesn’t take that long to build a distribution block. You said voltage right back but it was still shit at 13.1. The subs aren’t warm because that shit amp isn’t pushing any power on that electrical.

@@samdudevery7695 youve got a lot to learn still, subs get warm when you put dirty power to them or clip the shit out of them which causes them to blow as youre buring up the coils. all my bubs combied would take over 20k watts to push to their max. it does not take a ton of power to push a system. 90% of system depends on the enclosure. the car was built for competition which hair tricks dont win competition. takes alot more to crack a windshield then it does to do a hair trick. hair tricks are from lower notes pushing air. cracking a winsdhield is brute force which takes quite a hard bit of force to do it. if you watch more of my videos youll see i also blew out the seal on my windshield. like my dealers suv he cant do hair tricks tho his suv will choke you out. you want a windy build more power to you, when it comes to competition it all bout how hard you can hit on the meter. hitting hard is not pushing wind its brute force.

I set myself a goal and I achieved it despite what all the know it alls in the field say. I'm back in the field of building custom computers aka gaming rigs. I did what I did for fun and because I was told I couldnt. Yes I still have my connections and still know about the stuff I just dont have any personal build anymore.

@@Frankiebonez337 Ya ive been into building computers pretty much all my life. started when i was 6 and thjis year ima be 33 lol, when it came to car audio i was told pretty much everything, biggest one was how i did the system i was toold the car would burn up which always made me laugh. People acted like i never tested the system for safety and or relibility, i did more testing wth the system then i did really did anything specially after each upgraade. after reach upgrade didnt matter how small whole system went through 3-4 days of testing aka being beat on. Went to a car audio competiton with the car some people laughed at the car but that changed very fast when i cranked the system up most the people at the show who seen the car refused to get into it. The setup was setting off car alarms across parking lot lol. maion reason i left the firld was becasue well no one wanted to enjoy things everyone was and still is out to be better then the next person which isnt what i joined for. Its w/e i did what i did went to competition got it out of my system moved on now im back to building custom gaming rigs.

I just bought a 2005 Nissan Altima is a beater and I want through some crazy shit in it. I got two 10-inch KICKER Comp R and Rockford 1000.1bd and 600.4bd that I'm going to throw in for temporary use until I can get to my next setup. Did you use any other subs than the Orion hcca's?? I haven't heard many other things but I was thinking about trying B2 audio or sundown or maybe digital design. Going to try and cram 2 15s in the trunk, I think I can do it but won't have room for anything else which I'm fine with.

The brand of the amp and or the power it puts put plays a very little part in how everything works together. It all depends on how well the box is built and the specs the box is built to. You can hand a true 1000 watt amp having a system sound like a 4000 watt amp.
