Don't forget to stay in school and say 'no' to drugs. Anyways, "enjoy your life while it lasts and be grateful for it" is probably more appropriate since being a child doesn't mean life is better or worse; moving into being an adult isn't bad, nor a punishment. Nostalgia is an interesting illusion.

Are we meant to live for so much more we lost ourselves for myself it means two ppl in love with each other had difficulty in preventing our true unconditional love shine over like Gods plan for salvation and for the ones who backslid in their faith an easy thing to do when life twists and turns get in the way all the trials that we as people face in faith and love.
@tiffanyherrera31372 жыл бұрын
This song hits way differently to me now. When I was a Christian I thought it meant to appreciate what you have before you die. Showing appreciation to God and Jesus for giving us life and unconditional love. Now that I have switched to a more open-minded religion, I see a way deeper meaning. “Somewhere we live inside” astral projection, and only a part of our souls fits in our bodies. “We were meant to live for so much more” Before coming to Earth we all chose our paths and agreed to come here to learn and raise our vibration. Here we are tested to our limits to still choose love and light over the dark and hate; no matter what has been done to us.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 📖🔊John 3:18 (KJV) He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 📖🔊John 3:19 (KJV) And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 📖🔊Romans 5:6-11 (KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. Christianity unfortunately was corrupted and infused with pegan customs/traditions shortly after its conception. All religions stem from one truth. There was and is only ever one way. Having been abused by my Christian fundamentalist mother because of Christianity, I can relate. I never believed in the first place, I was just forced upon me my whole childhood, and it caused physical fights because I didn't want to be Mormon in high school but got baptized anyways under duress; luckily I'd recently been able to talk to a probono lawyer who basically forced the church to get rid of my church records and leave me the hell alone. Lmao, but lgbt people are the "groomers" 🙄. The comment above about Christianity being "corrupted"; pagan customs and traditions were stolen by early Christianity because it was then easier to convince the pagans to convert. Nice attempt at twisting the truth, though, I guess.

We were meant to live for SO MUCH more! We've all done this, we have all tried to fill ourselves with the luxuries of this world to satisfy our happiness. We eat, drink, smoke, enjoy pleasure, etc. But what does it leave us with except emptiness! That's because that hole we are trying to fill in ourselves is a God sized hole, it's infinite and finite things of earth do not fill it. Only God's vastness can fill us with meaning. We were meant to live with Him in Heaven but unfortunately due to original sin we have been exiled to a world that is broken a world full of unhappiness and suffering. That is why Jesus came down, He came down to experience the ultimate suffering upon the cross during his beating, scourging, carrying of His cross, and ultimately hanging on it for 3 hours in agony to show us HOW MUCH HE LOVES US! "No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." - John 15:13. And then on the 3rd day he victoriously rose from the dead to prove that death has no power over Him and to open the gates of Heaven for us. In His death He gives us a second chance at starting over. I know, I'm living a new life because of Him and His Church. When I converted to Catholicism and made my first confession it was relieving to have the burden of years of sins be taken off of my shoulders. He WANTS to take that from all His children. If you're reading this, God has been calling to you reaching out his hand like the painting "The Creation of Adam". However, He will never force your free will so it is still our choice to turn to Him and trust in His love for us. Remember this, when Jesus rose from the dead He wasn't angry seeking revenge on the people who killed Him (which was caused by us and our sins). He appeared to His disciples and said "Peace be with you" - John 20:19. That peace, which only God can give, He wants for you too. Are you willing to be forgiven? If so, I hope you will find your way to His true Church, the Catholic Church, and be brought back home through God's loving Providence.
