Hey friend it's not about religion Having a relationship with Jesus. I started listening to switchfoot 97 when they came out I was a teenager at the time. I've been through a lot in life and God sent me overseas and self-supported missionary There were times I thought I wasn't going to make it but Jesus always came through I've been living in Taiwan for 20 years and I probably have five more years here. All I know is it's not about religion it's about walking and knowing Jesus It's really about giving him all the broken hearts so you can heal you and make you knew I'm glad you don't have religion I hope you have Jesus❤

Some people are using wine as cure for some of health problems, such as low iron level, or lack of blood cells - red wine. I don't think he meant it bad. I feel like this song very effectively captures switcfoot's aound as much as any one song can capture something as unique and versatile as switchfoot. it is weighted more toward the sound they had in their earlier days but takes in elements they've emphasized in their more recent albums that change it up significantly enough that you g et something different but still reminiscent of many things switchfoot has done. it's a reflective song which is fitting for the large musical scope it gives us.

This song takes several listens to truly get a feel for everything that is going on. The bass lines are incredible, but its quite easy to miss that the first couple times round. All around the musician ship is top notch. To those that are worried this sounds like Foster The People or Imagine Dragons or whatever, remember no two Switchfoot songs on an album will sound the same. Switchfoot are masters at creating cohesive albums with great sonic landscapes. Too few bands/artists truly do that.
