Sir when the switch is closed you are considering it as a zero resistance wire so in the 1,1 condition of OR Gate the bulb should not glow I think

its ok to take the OR gate as the parallel circuit & AND gate as the series circuit ,why wont we take series as the OR gate & parallel as the AND gate...?any one else here to explain...

In the circuit for not gate, when we keep switch on, won't the bulb still glow?

ideal switch acts like short circuit as it has 0 resistance. use current division then, you'll find that all the current will go through closed switch, and none through bulb, so it will be turned off
