I have the tundra 2023, when I pressed that RDCC button, the car icon in green does not show up on the screen at all, basically pressing that RDCC button does not have anything indicate which mode of RDCC i am in (Long, medium or short)

Thanks for the video. In the market for a new suv, and absolutely hate the adaptive cruise. Rented a Toyota one time in Florida, and was really annoyed by it. When I drive a car, I am in control, not a computer. I get so fucking pissed whenever I see someone hitting their brakes on the highway. Brakes are for stopping! If you need to slow down, hit the “cancel” button or take your foot off the gas early enough to slow down.

There are times where I really like the DRCC in my 18 Camry SE but once in awhile with how the sensory part works, it sometimes will see a vehicle turning right and is out of my path but will put on the brakes as if I was about to hit him\her.

I did not know this setting could be turned off. Not that I persoanlly would want to. I prefer to have it on to tell you the truth. I’d have to retrain myself if drove a vehice without it.

Yeah... It would slow down also will break till the point it will automatically stop for you... You don't wanna be in a curve and have the cruise control on... It'll stop on you! This is soooo dangerous! It almost cause me 2 accidents! I love my crew cab Yoda... I don't wanna give it up... By I might just have to🤦‍♂️
