I'm here because I'm a here switch hitter, I did basic taekwondo before the pandemic and did boxing during the pandemic. I combined those two martial arts to be a kickboxer. I've been training without equipment only shadow box, then I notice that I'm a switch hitter.

This is THE BEST switch hitting video I've ever seen. Wish there was a 'follow along' kinda version because it would've been so convenient to just watch and do instead of pausing every 5 seconds to correct a mistake lol. Can you provide one like that?

Ricardo “Finito” Lopez would pull his left foot all the way back switching into a south paw 🐾 stance. He would then circle ⭕️ around to his left side to avoid his opponent’s right hand 🤚.

@johndunn76623 жыл бұрын
@Captain Kirk you are aware these are drills to help with footwork and speed in which you changes stances haha drills are great your just a dude looking to Troll people at least this dude is trying to encourage younger people and adults in the game to get better at it people need to learn things like this especially kids these days whilst some stuff might not seem practical why not put the gloves on and step between the ropes yourself with the bloke instead of slating him haha

98% drills never gonna be on my training. They just wants me to fight. They saw me to fight on sparing and they like 'ok, you got two fine shots' But i know i've got mayby ten fine shots' on my head same time.

Nobody says you have to drill these. Your choice. Some people like the extra creativity. Some don’t a do just as good if not better. Everyone is different.
