Been using Precision ever since last year and trust it is the Truth. Assisted when you directly compare the shot power generated and ball speed its night and day. Cross goal shots and especially inside the box finesse shots are way better with precision than assisted shooting

I started using Precision a few weeks ago. It felt like too many of my shots were just directly at the keeper and it was costing me games. I still miss shots often enough but it feels much more like I'm actually in control of my own destiny

@lunavyz901 if it's a steep learning curve, it means it's difficult, but you'll notice near immediate and continuous improvement. It's been in the game since FC24, cause I've been using it for about a year now. The initial 2 weeks of using it, I missed so many chances, even turned it off for a weekend, but kept at it. Now I score so many chances that I wouldn't have a year ago.

23:55 thats the great thing about precision shooting. The shooting stats on a player don't need to be high. Precision shooting lowkey carries shooting stats. Heck, a chem style that boosts shooting is great but not necessary

Omg Nick! I turned on precision shooting and it turns out I naturally aim at the corners when I shoot anyway. Shots are sooo much cleaner and more accurate and I've had basically no adjustment period. This has been a revelation for me, thank you for the push to give it a try!

I was gonna ask this and couldn't find any videos addressing it. So if you power up more than needed while inside the box it will blaze over instead of flying in? I couldn't work out why my finesse shots were going over the crossbar on 2.5 - 3.5 bars of power

ive used precision shooting since like october and i genuinely love it because as soon as i tried manual again i wanted to go straight back to precision. Still cant get the finesse shots right but i hardly use them outside the box anyways

The way ive been learning to use precision is to not try finesse and trivela a lot. Just get the fundamentals down first and get used to how much direction on the stick will affect your angle of shot.

I switched to it recently as well! It's pretty tough sometimes but when you get the hang of it, it's so good. Finally you get some more power in your shots. Assisted was way too soft. Need to learn it more but I definitely will keep it on even though I sometimes shoot the ball wide at perfect angles haha

Finally nick is using it after saying it for 2 months , I started using it because of boras and assisted is awful in 1-on-1 near post shot as they went missing every time but when I switched to precision every shot is on target and every finesse is a goal .

Finessed outside of the box with precision is so hard. The only way I manage to score using precision is running from wing to near post and aim near post. The power of the shot is crazy and most of the time it goes in.

I have a prediction, toty this year will have either the highest or lowest pack rate in recent years. I say that because we have crazy packs before toty which means they might make pack weight bad to accommodate for crazy packs or since the player count is horrible they will make the pack weight amazing to try and get players back

Precision shooting is actually on the game since fc24, not only this year. People were just used to the assisted shooting and didnt want to try new stuffs. I play on precision since last year, and it clear that is miles better than assisted. The goals you can score with precision, you wouldnt be able to score with assisted. Plus the shots are actually travelling at way higher speed and the angles were you can make shots are way more... You just can shoot to wherever you want, even crazy angles you never thought it would be possible to shoot. Learn precision shooting and you wont be wanting to go back to assisted NO MORE !! 😉

Precision is definitely worth it. From my experience long range shots are not as easy with it, but in the box its 100 times better. Ive been using it since last year and I can never go back.

It quite literally means the opposite assisted you don’t have complete control. Precision is still only partially assisted.

@FHH55 If I miss a shot with assisted, I get mad at EA. If I miss a shot with precision shooting, I usually get mad at myself. That's the difference.And when I score with precision shooting, it's more rewarding knowing that I found the right angle and earned that goal, as opposed to a 100% assisted shot.

Precision is hard to learn, i started using it in fc 24 and in 25 now the learning has paid. I nolonger do cut backs i just blast it in at the awkward angle. Ratty goals though but a goal is a goal

Precision shooting simply doesn’t add wins. If you are not a pro, PS is a waste. Green time assisted shots, and that’s more than enough. Pros were using assisted shooting last year, until they were forced to switch.

Green time finishing has been nerfed hard. I feel like I have to been able to score as much as i did before, even with a green shot. Goalies just find a way to save all my shots. More especially if someone has an Icon GK.

If you are a low wins player, precision shooting ain’t it as you’ll miss more goals than you score. I myself have a love hate relationship with it as it makes shots so much better some times, but if you use a worn / drifty controller or have old man thumbs like me it makes the game so much more frustrating. Probs a skill issue 😂

She has the Quick Step + playstyle which just makes her accelerate to her max sprint speed much faster whenever you hold R2/RT (Applies to on the ball aswell as off the ball sprinting)
