side to side with ur wrist, up and down with ur fingers. Get open tablet driver to mess around with ur area and get some filters on to compensate for the shake. Also watch some top players and watch how they grip their pen and try and get used to it (do NOT look at BTMC or flying tuna as they have a VERY personalized pen grip). Make sure with whatever grip you're using that you can move the pen to any corner with ease and ur not straining your hand or wrist in any way otherwise after playing a couple of maps you'll start to feel it.

ALSO. if you need to wrap ur pen in masking tape or hockey tape (i use hockey tape) to make the pen thicker, and to avoid ur pen grip moving if ur hand sweats, and its just more comfortable to hold. i got the same pen and tablet and holding it right out of the box is pretty terrible.

Try playing around with areas, might remove some of that shake if you manage to get comfortable with a slightly bigger area

you didnt really need a tablet considering your rank. i would recommend people getting tablet after getting to 5 digit. but you can get one if you want
