Nice video! Jungfrau pass no longer includes 'Top of Europe' for free. No pass will get you up there without shelling out some Francs. As for all other travel in that specific region the pass is solid, but the "Berner Oberland" pass is probably a better value overall in most cases, especially if exploring the lakes or the wider area as well. Check out both if travelling to be sure.

Awesome video! So you bought a 3day pass to do all of those activities (at 8:22) in one day?
@theroadletstravel3 ай бұрын
The list of things at 8:22 is everything we did in 3 days and the average cost based on our calculations. We wanted to showcase that in our case, buying the 3 day pass was more economical so long as you take advantage and do as much as possible. We also found that it was convenient at times when we were in a rush to just jump in the train rather than taking time to buy individual tickets. Hope this answers your questions! Thanks for watching :)

Are you planning a trip a to the Jungfrau Region? Being strategic with your time will get you to visit SO many places with the 3-day pass. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hi, great video! Loved the drone shots, planning to visit Switzerland soon. Can I know what were the drone regulations youll had to follow?
@theroadletstravel Жыл бұрын
Hi, my fiance usually handles the drone footage but i believe once he turned on the app, it let him know if it was allowed or not. A few places also have signage stating no drones. We didnt have any issues taking drone shots when we wanted, except in Wengen, someone blew a whistle and flagged us. it was pretty, odd. Maybe just a local who doesnt like the disruption (?) Have fun, Switzerland is incredibly magical

Very helpful video! I'm planning to be in the area for 2 days and not 3 but will try to cover most of the places in the jungfraujoch region. Do you think it's still worth it to get the pass?
@theroadletstravel Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I think it really depends on where you're staying and what you plan on doing. You would have to be very strategic with your days to really hit all the locations to get the full benefit. I believe the pass is 190 CHF so balance out the locations you're visiting with the estimated prices at minute 8:20. i personally think it will be worth it ONLY if you know you'll be out an about all day. hope this helps. let me know if you have any other questions. thanks again for watching!

@@theroadletstravelI'll be there for 2 days. Getting a half fare card along with Top of Europe ticket is sufficient or do I need anything else too ?
@theroadletstravel2 ай бұрын
@@akshatgoel123 Hi! I am not familiar with the half fare card but a quick google search made it seem like its a month long pass. i think thats worth it if you will be moving around visiting as many locations as possible during your time there. At minute 8:17 we give prices per train ride to locations (based on the days we were there July 2022) i did think that a pass was overall worth it. Berner Oberland pass might also be convenient since it includes multiple modes of transportation, not just the train. @thetravelingswiss on youtube helped us while we did research

I believe this pass was discontinued early in 2023 and no longer exists.
@theroadletstravel Жыл бұрын
Really? I still see it available on their website: www.jungfrau.ch/de-ch/jungfrau-travel-pass/
@Jayantahit Жыл бұрын
The top of Europe pass that had the Jungfrau ride inclusive is discontinued. Now you have the Jungfrau pass that costs 190 CHF and that lets you buy the top of Jungfrau ride for an additional cost of 63(till May 2023) or 75(from June 1)
