I was born in texas in 1981. My childhood and teenage years were saturated with metallica , korn and pantera. Without a doubt, Pantera was and remains to be my favorite. I was devastated when I heard of dimes murder and Vinnie Paul's death. As a texas native and music lover, I just want to thank you for keeping their memories alive. Let's remember the good times and fantastic music they left us. I hope people can see them for what they truly were..artists that gave us an amazing soundtrack to bang our heads!

Ne Obliviscaris is definitely one of my top 3 favorite of the newer bands I've listened too in the last 10-13 years. The build-ups in their songs with intensity and preludes into solos, are just done so well. Get goosebumps every single time. Eyrie is a perfect example of this. I ❤️ them SO much. Glad Dan Presland was at least able to record drums for the new album. Dude is a machine.

A few weeks ago I saw that Ne Obliviscaris will be coming through my city later this year and couldn't believe it. They're even playing the venue that my buddy owns, which is pretty awesome; he's been getting some absolute bangers over the last year (Dark Tranquility, Borknagar, Aristocrats, just to name a few) and this upcoming show will just be a continuation of that trend.

Ne Obliviscaris is genuinely one of the greatest metal bands I've ever heard. At the risk of sounding cringe as hell, they're one of those groups whose music resonates in the deepest fathoms of my soul. Seems like a lot of Australian bands have been pushing the boundaries of the genre in the last few years, but they really stand out above the rest for me. Already have my tickets to see them and Persefone (who also rock) in November, it's gonna be insane. Didn't think I was going to be able to until they announced an additional tour date a couple hours away from me. Hope they announce a Sweden date so you can see them too, Ola.
