My birthday was yesterday. Made it to 33. I celebrate my year sober from being a full blown addict. Spent 17yrs in active addiction. To heroin and alcohol,coke. Any drugs I could smoke, snort, shoot,boof,trip,mind mood altering. I done it all. Finally bought 3 guitars. Fx processor amp. And teaching myself guitar again. I'm grateful for Ola and his channel. The music inspired me to go back to what I love most. Metal music and jamming!! 🤘😈🤘

About Pantera's live album, Cream released in 2005 a live CD/DVD for their June 2,3,5,6 shows in Royal Albert Hall concerts, it is a widely used strategy take the best song of evry show. (btw, in the 98% of the records from the last 30 years, the album was made with a puzzle of best takes (even inside a single song) so it not surprise to me that happens) I have that Cream album and it is great.
