karma just works in mysterious ways steve. i know what you mean about how it seems certain times only good things happen to bad people, etc. but a lot of the time the struggle is the true gift in disguise that ultimately builds you up to who you currently are. struggling and dealing with shit is what drives a lot of people. sometimes bad people rarely have situations they can learn anything from and find no struggle along the path of life. karma deemed them worthless lol. in many ways your videos have helped perpetuate this mindset but i decided to appreciate the tough times and see them all as a building opportunity no matter how shitty things may seem.

Hi Steve, not sure if you read this. I train for both Triathlon's and Muscle mass, endurance is quite catabolic for your muscles. Research however says that if you do endurance training early in the day and give your body a minimum 6-8 hour break up to 24 hrs untill your strength training you can have a higher mTOR activation. Therefore you can limit muscle loss a lot. Don't do it the other way around tho. Have roughly 24 hrs rest after strength training before you do endurance. Vary between upper-lower body and don't forget running comes from the glutes! It's all about timing, intensity and nutrition. Hope this can help you.

Just about to go to bed here in England but got the notification! Got a question, hoping for an answer 🙏🏼 Steve how the hell do you keep your skin looking so good! When I'm training I get so pasty and get a few spots. I get its diet and sleep related but looking for specifics Cheers
@kristiankingston55478 жыл бұрын
How old are you man? I'm 21 and used to have terrible skin. Since I've been cutting my sugar intake is greatly reduced, avoid alcohol and fast food and I get maybe one spot a fortnight. Even then its usually an ingrown hair and I have the most stupidly sensitive skin. If you can avoid razor shaving that helps. Also get a good moisturiser and use more than you think is necessary.
@MyDethrone8 жыл бұрын
Change your pillow case every 2-3 days, or as you desire. Also sugar, is a factor.
@jamesa25988 жыл бұрын
I'm 19, tbf I hardly have any spots I'm just a bit of a perfectionist and the ones I have look worse because I'm pale some days. Yeah I don't think I've changed my pillowcases recently enough! Had completely forgotten. I hardly eat any sugar no sweets/chocolate and not too much fruit. I know sugar is hidden too. Never use razor blades they break me out so bad! Cheers guys

@TheRealRyanMickens8 жыл бұрын
jacob chambers lol I was gunna say, then your only other option would be steroids haha. But ya, you gotta eat more, if you don't have time to cook or can't bother eating actual food, take mass gainer or something. Its like 1000 calories per two scoops and its easier/ more convenient to drink your calories sometimes
