This was on my recommendations... ...And this was so unexpectedly helpful in many ways. I have some commonalities I share with Artemus, about the bullying and being picked out of a group to be punished or mistreated. I've experienced this since I was at first school and now I'm 39 and still experience this daily, at work and so forth. This is purely due to me embracing my individuality and having deep seated self confidence. I have always had a great relationship with myself and that has allowed me survival through all of the shit as a result of bullying. Once you tame that beast, you're on a whole new level where 90% of men can't even reach. It's not just spiritual fathers and monks that practised it. Pretty much all billionaires or scientists from Steve Jobs to Nikola Tesla. They all mentioned the importance of holding to your seed in one way or form. We've been programmed to think it's absolutely normal to nut every single day. It is literally what destroys us but it happens slowly... very slow
