I want to know which skills and levels might help to defeat Bane and how can I get these skills you use in the video. I'm gonna finish the first DLC but I have troubles to defeat him.

It depend on what kind of build or weapon type you use. Im at level 86 one handed sword & shield when defeating the boss, and I'm heavily relied on "Righteous Cross" Hidden Ex skill tree. you can check on Google about how to unlock the Righteous Cross skill tree. And don't forget Ssc is mandatory if you want kill the boss quickly.
