SAO light novel is way way bettter than both of those media, but i understand that not everyone has time/energy/focuss for the novels, and there's 23+ volumes so i understand your pov bro

@@itzv1ciou543 it is definitely the best choice if you want to get invested into the series, sword art online is light novel by origin, not manga so it makes sense that it is the most detailed media of sao. Manga and light novel cost about the same, from my experience light novels are a little bit pricier but you can find a good deal.

@@itzv1ciou543 also i understand that there are people who don't have time for light novels since one light novel volume takes the same time as 3-5 manga volumes to read, and there are people who can't focus on text so there exists anime.

@@itzv1ciou543 light novels are written with less words than normal western-type novels, and they have a lot of illustrations and are easy to read, that's where the "light" comes from. Light, easy read.

I feel like this is a better alternative if you don’t have all the novels. It’s really hard to find all the novels this current day and age so this is such an amazing value and you get some kick ass exclusive books
