Buff him with Cocoa and bring Ina use Princess Prayer to buff him even more. That Tarot may not best for the build (if you use Ina) since the Target need to get into Injured stage. If you try 1 hit that muti Target then you should use the Tarot that deal Extra Damage on Healthy one.

i really doesnt hope ballista can 1 hit everyone with his Siege skill even with Majesty of the Emperor tarot, thats why i use Rays of the Sun tarot instead, and because balista's speed is too low that he will act just after his allies are done inflicting initial damages to enemies to put them into injured state.

@@OMG_YT_2024 because he slow so everyone could buff him up before he could cast Siege, you could use Trinket Book of August to raise some of his Speed but i don't think the Book important he still go after Gloria anyway and go before Inanna with or without the Book, the Book just for add one more random Buff II. For me when i try use Ballista that way, i will use Cocoa cast the Book and Lotus on Ballista then Gloria will use Brilliance to gave him 1 Energy after that he can cast Siege wait till Inanna use Princess Prayer to finish the job. I do use Engraving that gave Crit Chance for Target on Healthy Stage. I can Crit 6000 - 8000 with that build so nothing could survive most of the time. Ofcause to raise the the win chance i always try select those player below Lvl60 if possible.
