Any alternatives with "origin hourglass" - where can you obtain this?

Hey pete, origin hourglass is not needed at all. For this run it only provides 2% P.ATK which you could also get from True Lens. But honestly, anything works here. I prefer stats from legendary gear, but you can also use Disaster Bottle on other characters if you use Rawiyah as one of your Main DPS who does more dmg with Tropical Cycle when enemies have more debuffs. You can only get legendary trinkets, like Origin Hourglass, randomly from legendary trinket chests. You get them from story, events, ingame shops and clash. Some are one-time only rewards and some are repeatable.

what skill would you trade out for Co-Defence? leg slam?

Yes, Leg slam is not needed for this fight on Maitha.

Yes she can heal and tank without the spring pill. The best here for her is actually Cooling powder for this run but this is also not needed. If you are sufficiently leveled up and far enough in the story then unlock engravings by clearing Story stage 8-5 which is unlocked with level 45.
