Can be cleared with low gear requirements
Gloria is geared but she doesn't really do damage. She's there to blow up the dust cloud and utility stuff.
Rawiya is also geared and mostly uses it for survival to take a hit. She's mostly there for pushing enemies.
Maneuver tactics is probably better for this stage since it will let you reposition your characters to make it easier to push enemies.
