Maybe i didn't explain well in the description, first we will learn how AI works: 1- Approach the target 2- Attack when condition 1 is met Here we have a pretty specific example of Watcher Calamity (no jump trait) and Nono (have jump) For Watcher Calamity condition 1 is not met so he moves to find another way to approach the target. For Nono with jump so AI has determined that condition 1 has been met which is to approach Outlaw Assassin and enter the attack phase, but because of the height difference she cannot launch her attack so she is stuck there.
