Which char? Some characters have kits like COL for example called "Killer Instinct" (Trait) which activates when launching an attack.

@@Misakiiii1 check on the character traits descriptions, tarots and some items that grants to move again if that helps. If i'll base it on this specific video (COL traits, Falcon traits, Faycal wearing March of the Chariot tarot card that gains "MOVE"
