You don't have to open the app and wait. You can safely close the app. - Dashen usually spend 1 hour - 2 days to verify your document, depend on their work hours/holiday. Just keep come back to see your status. - If they gave you a failed result (for some reason), you may need another mobile number then try again from the start. The resubmitting is too complicated for foreigner. I hope you won't failed at your first try, so make sure you follow everything as your best! You have to be 18+ to passed the game addiction verified, otherwise you could play only 1 hour during Fri/Sat/Sun. Some of country's mobile service provider could not able to received SMS from China. You have to contact your operator if they could assist with this issue. Sometime changed mobile number/restart device could help on SMS issue. If you don't received SMS, take a little break before you try another request or restart your device first. Don't spam OTP request, otherwise the app will block you for 1 day (it's usually limited 3 requests/day). If nothing work for you, you may need your own Chinese Mobile Number (+86). Which you can found on internet, for example CMLink China Mobile International. You may need VPN software as well, to connect smoothly. Without a VPN, you will experience significant lag and delays. Seems like there's a network problem between the game server and your ISP. You could try downloading when there's less traffic. Using a VPN might help too. It also depends on where you are and when you download (as well as how much space you've got on your device).

That's because your mobile service provider blocked sms from china. You can try to contact them, try to use another number from different service, restart mobile phone. You can find a chinese number service such as CMLink too.

Try another number if you got one... some of country (such as USA) could not received SMS from China. Another things to try: 1) contact your operator if they can assist you about china sms 2) buy your own chinese number (+86) such as CMLink, you have to search which service provider available in your country

When the your account verified, the status on that page will change to completed, just go back there and check it could take 3 hours - 2days. Installed any of translate app to translate your screen, to check what's status right now. Once you got verified account, just download the game and login with this number.
