I don't think the developers have English as their native language, so you can't really blame them if they mess up sometimes. The grammar and things in the game sometimes have errors and things, so maybe they thought +1 free hero just meant a hero that you can get f2p.

Nope. No excuse. They have mods who have access to test this stuff early and Claude is one of the developers. Even though I don't think his native language is English but he knows enough to distinguish the difference.ij addition, they have used the terminology of "additional hero" in the past so they don't get any pass from me.
