Sword-wielding man tasered by police after stabbing spree

The moment a suspect was tasered and arrested after a 14-year-old boy was killed in a sword attack has been captured by a doorbell camera.
Footage shows a man in a yellow hoodie raising a sword while standing on a driveway before a police officer points a taser at him.
The man then collapses before he is detained and handcuffed by police.
Five people were injured in the “terrifying incident” after witnesses described seeing a man “running around with a samurai sword” who “stabbed people after crashing his van into a house”.
Speaking at a press conference in Hainault this afternoon, Assistant Commissioner Louisa Rolfe said a man, who had been arrested, was in hospital.
AC Rolfe said: “The 36-year-old man arrested at the scene is currently in hospital having suffered injuries when his van collided with a building.
“He has been arrested on suspicion of murder. At this time, given his injuries, we have been unable to interview him."

Jeez, even one of the cops had to be told by ANOTHER cop to cuff the bloke ....... surely once a person's on the ground, would that not be the most logical thing to do without having to be told?????? Hainault last night had incident of man brandishing 2 knives police are denying the incident.surely this isnt the same man who killed the 14 year old boy in Hainault today. Any other country would have shot him dead or incarcerated him last night but police did increase patrols suppose they were doing their health and safety assessment still
