That's an Individual level for Postgame WEK Restricted, as the name says the Restricted category of an IL (Individual Level) bans the uses of portals to shorten your trip, making you have to take this entire trip in order to enter World's End Keep. And Postgame allows you to use a 100% file with everything unlocked.
